I'm not a big fan of flying because (1)I get motion sickness, and (2) I don't like the smell of airplanes, so to keep myself distracted, I usually read a book. I forgot my book. On the way to Utah I talked to a sweet man and his son, so there was no need for distraction, however, on the way home, I was forced to pick up southwest airlines' Skymall Magazine and take a gander. It has now become one of my new favorite pastimes. It is amazing how incredibly entertaining it is to look at all of the craziest inventions (increasing in pet supplies). Last weekend (meaning two weekends ago), I went to Utah to attend a wonderful mission companion's sweet wedding celebration....it was so fun to see everyone. Sister Missionary pics to come, I'm sure she'll send me one (wink,wink). I got to spend the weekend with my bf Chelsea, who took incredibly great care of me, as always, and watch conference at the conference center, learn a new song on the guitar, have much needed girl talk, finish geography puzzles, look at magazines, and be surprised by my sweet husband. This is the order in which it went down:
Rome, Italia! Calgary, Alberta! Greater Kansas City, MO! Woo-hoo!
I'm not a big puzzle person, but I am a big geography nerd, so I was glued to this for a good two hours until it was done.
Best. weekend. ever. Until last weekend (as in two days ago)

I love the sky mall magazine and I have had my eye on that hot diggity dogger for several years now! I want it so so bad! I think it would be so much fun! haha Looks like you had a fun trip! You look gorgeous girl!

Remi...seriously...I was in West Jordan that whole weekend and I didn't get to see you. I even knew about that wedding. :( I don't think we are friends anymore. j/k I will always love your guts. I saw your old apartment a few weeks ago and remembered the time when you were totally sick and kylie and I tried to throw rocks at your window to get your attention to sing you a get well song. lol Well I hope married life is DANDY! call me when you can

Ok, Remi, The hot dog toaster has always been my fav item in Skymall. LOL. It's unforgettable and ridiculous. I'm so happy I'm not the only one who has resorted to looking at that magazine.
