My husband and I walk to work together every morning hand in hand, and all day long I get to hear about how great he is, how hard he works, and how much he'll accomlish in life. I love it. We come home and walk everywhere. My husband found us the most perfect place. In a matter of minutes, we can walk ANYWHERE.
Five minutes and we're here
10 seconds and we're here:On Fridays, when we go into work later, I wake up early and head over to work, and will always find my dependable moms meeting in the park to exercise together at 5:30AM sharp, and the dog-walking club meets together Thursdays at 6:00PM. There are CONSTANTLY people running, riding bikes, and walking their dogs around the park that we look at from our balchony.
And five minutes and we're here
Cole is (like EVERYTHING else he does) freakishly talented at having a eye for a great look, whether its clothes, plants, or home design, he's got a knack for it. We just finished part of our house....I'm obsessed with it. (There's a reason you are NOT seeing any pictures of our bedroom) I feel like our home has a great spirit and energy in it, and we got this FANTASTIC candle from Williams-Sonoma that makes me feel like I'm living in a forest of pines. what.a.dream. I hope you like the shelves. I may or may not have cried trying to put them up (perhaps because I finished and then they fell) Here's our home: enjoy.
Because I am so utterly pleased with our wonderful location and this room, I overlook the ugliness of our kitchen. Pink-red adobe cabinets just don't do much for me. (our bedroom is this same color....hence the reason for not revealing pictures at this time)

well clearly those shelves are more difficult to put up than they appear, and your walls don't look like they have studs. i don't blame you for possibly getting a little emotional.
What a great place Rem! We'll love to come check it out next week while we're there! I understand how great it is to be "green" and to live close to everything! Lili and I ride bikes everywhere! We ride to the park, to the grocery store, to the library, even to the movie theater! Sometimes we'll go for two weeks without even starting our car, it's the best!
Definately my favorite feature is the blue diamond pattern on the bar. Is that fireplace perfect for a weekend snuggle or what?
I'm glad you two got a new place. I have been worried about you two, all the way down here in West Texas. LOL. I love reading your blog. You are very talented. Congrats on getting a new place.

Hey at least you have nice appliances. I just went out this weekend and bought a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. Mine were over ten years old.

I love your place! You did a fantastic job on the shelves. I hope your bedroom doesn't have those blue diamonds on the walls! I have to say though that my favorite accessory is the tree. Great purchase.
