What a handsome baby boy. Remi - I'm so glad you reminded us that being a mother is never hard. That children never cry or whine, that husbands never have to take the backseat, that the house is certainly always clean, that a delicious dinner is prepared each and every night without fail, and that mom can take a shower, get ready and sit down to read Catching Fire without ever getting interrupted. It's just such a refreshing reminder that we never have to worry about our job being uncomfortable or worrisome.

BTW. I'm not sure your labor and delivery photo shoot does any justice to the excruciating and exhilarating experience of giving birth without medication. You simply look beautiful.
Can't wait to see you all soon and don't even think about trying to do more with Smith than nurse him while we're around. We need a turn!

Thanks for the reminder on how easy being a mom can be. I figured that out from day 1 as well. Easiest job in the world, huh!
